Race Report - Fallsburg Trail Marathon

But I didn't hit a mailbox. Or you. I can multi-task. You neglected to say that I had to drive, film, talk to you, and make sure I didn't have to shift the car. You're just jealous that I can do all of that at one time. :P
Good job. 26 miles is 26 miles no matter how fast you run it and if you're not trained for it then it can be one of the hardest feats of mankind (just ask Lance Armstrong who thought he didn't need to train for it). Congrats, hopefully you get a chance to train better before the next one.
Congratulations! Most people don't walk 26.2 miles in two weeks, let alone one day.

The mailbox warning was awesome! I'd need that warning. I hit things a lot, especially when walking. I'm impressed.

I am totally impressed by your accomplishment today. I ran a 5K and felt like it was the most I could do, but I read your blog and am amazed. Congratulations!!! That is truly incredible and I hope to do it one day. Reading stories like yours are inspirational for sure.
Good job on the marathon, dude! Way to stick it out and finish. That's so cool you got to run in with Haven.

Amanda, nice job on the filming while driving! From personal experience, I know that's really tough... and dangerous! :)
Way to tough it out to the finish! Great report, and thanks to Amanda for the photos. :)
Pretty hardcore, man. I'm not even sure a half-mara is in the cards for me this season and yet you knocked a full off just because it was there and you thought you should take a crack at it. Way to go!
